1. ELIGIBILITY
Open to legal residents of the U.S. or abroad who are at least 18 years old at time of entry.
Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotional agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible.
Void where prohibited by law. Sponsor will attempt to ship internationally but reserves the right to substitute an alternate winner if shipping is impractical, embargoed, or cost‑prohibitive.
2. ENTRY PERIOD
Begins August 5, 2025 at 12:00 AM Pacific Time and ends August 20, 2025 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (the “Entry Period”).
Winners will be selected the week of August 25, 2025.
3. HOW TO ENTER
To enter, complete the following during the Entry Period:

Limit one (1) entry per person for steps 1–3, plus one (1) additional entry per email submission. All entry methods have equal odds.

4. PRIZES (3 TOTAL)
Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) Reference‑grade 500 Series mic/instrument preamp (MSRP $687 USD).
Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of all prizes: $2,061 USD.
No prize substitution except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prizes are non‑transferable and no cash equivalent.
5. DRAWING & ODDS
Three (3) random winners will be selected during the week of August 18, 2025, by an independent auditor using a random number generator from among all eligible entries.
Odds of winning depend on total number of eligible entries received.
6. NOTIFICATION & CLAIMING
Winners will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the drawing and must respond within seven (7) days to claim their prize.
If a potential winner does not respond in time, is ineligible, or declines the prize, an alternate winner will be selected.
7. PUBLICITY & PRIVACY
By accepting a prize, each winner grants Sponsor the perpetual right to use their name, likeness, Instagram handle, and prize information for advertising and promotional purposes without further notice or compensation, except where prohibited by law.

8. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
By entering this Giveaway, you also opt in to receive periodic marketing emails from Sponsor. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in any email or by emailing marketing@wolffaudio.com. Unsubscribe requests will be honored within 10 business days.
9. TAXES & REPORTING
Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.
U.S. winners will receive IRS Form 1099‑MISC for prizes valued at $600 or more.
Non‑U.S. winners may be subject to withholding; Sponsor will request Form W‑8BEN before prize fulfillment.
10. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that it believes, in its sole discretion, to be fraudulent or in violation of these Rules.
Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Giveaway.
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any and all liability arising from participation or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
11. “VOID WHERE PROHIBITED”
This Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
