For the first time ever, this historic circuit is available in a single-rack-unit, multi-channel format. Delivering the unmistakable tone of one of recording history’s most celebrated preamps with the workflow today’s studios demand.
A recording legacy, reimagined for modern studios
The original Sunset Sound Studio 1 preamp — developed by Tutti Camarata and Sunset Sound’s engineering team — helped define the sound of thousands of classic recordings. Known for its musical warmth, clarity, and dynamic depth, it became a cornerstone of one of the most influential recording environments in the world.
Now, Wolff Audio founder Paul Wolff, working alongside Paul Camarata, has faithfully preserved and expanded this design for contemporary production. Building on years of proven 500-series implementations, the Quad Tutti marks the first true four-channel rackmount version of this revered circuit.
The result: authentic Sunset Sound character, ready for modern multi-mic tracking — all in a single rack space.
